Why are 7 sessions so important?
Did you know that it takes 21 days to establish new habit patterns? In order to do some re-learning subconsciously we want to cover this time period plus make sure we have got to a place where we are then establishing new neural pathways in the brain. Thereby setting in place new habit patterns that will continue to work automatically in a much more positive way. In order to create a permanent, lasting change in the way we think, feel and behave we have to establish these new neural pathways in the brain.
Over the many years Hamid has been working with clients, he has put together a series of sessions that he know works to get the results you both want. Each session is different and involves many different techniques including direct or indirect suggestion, imagery, Ericksonian, Spiritual Hypnosis, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Future Projection. This selection of techniques will be dependant on what you will need to address the issues in the most rapid way possible.
Everyone can be hypnotised, it is a normal natural brain state. What differs among people is their level of suggestibility (this is not susceptibility) and this varies for a number of reasons.
Seven sessions is often the minimum number of sessions you can expect if you are suffering from issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, Fears and Phobia.
How will Hypnotherapy feel?
Hypnosis is a safe, natural relaxed state and one which you have experience many times before (sometimes many times a day). You are aware and in control at all times. It feels like being half awake and half asleep, so your body is very relaxed and your mind is active.
